kinaesthetic or feeling reaction

situation leaving the blusher feeling out
of control, exposed and upset with themselves.
It is confidence shattering, profoundly undermining
them and negatively affecting their ability to relate
to and communicate with others.

To eliminate blushing for good
I identify the underlying programming through
hypnosis, and re-programme in an effective
response mechanism instead. I further switch
their input information and reaction process from
kinaesthetic or feeling to visual (these are modes
of how we input and interpret information). Once this
is done they simply cannot blush any more
i.e it is physiologically impossible to blush when
processing in visual mode. I then proceed to rebuild

I have developed an amazing system that

Quality sleep is necessary for the brain to consolidate
the memories of the days learning experiences. The
brain organizes and consolidates the information it
receives from the days learning experiences and arranges
it in a way it can make sense of during sleep.
Researchers say that extensive regions
of the brain become involved in processing memories
during a particular form of sleep called Slow Wave
Sleep. They say they have conclusively established
the vital roles of both Slow Wave Sleep and REM or
rapid eye movement during sleep in memory consolidation
and retention. A good nights sleep after a good days
learning is important for quality results in learning.

Painless Child
Birth
It
is a matter of social conditioning
that women, predominately in the western world, have
been programmed to expect child birth,
which under natural and normal conditions is a wonderful,
profound, beautiful experience to be filled
with pain.
From an early age women hear stories
from TV, girlfriends and mothers that continually
reinforce the negative conditioning that giving birth
is difficult.
Suggestions repeated over and over take
root in our unconscious mind and tend to be realized
in our reality. So that when it come for you to give
birth, all the suggestions in your mind are fearful
and difficult, which has a direct impact on how your
body feels. The negative suggestions contract muscles,
tighten the birth canal and provide you with the ‘perceived
evidence’ that it is painful because
that is what it has been programmed for you to experience.
There are cultures in China, South America,
Siberia and many other places that have not had the
reinforced negative programming and who instead have
an expectation that childbirth is enjoyable and easy.
As a result that is what they experience.
For example, in rural parts of China,
where heavily pregnant women continue working in the
rice paddies and when it is time for them to give
birth they simply go off to one side, squat down and
have their babies in a few minutes. They then go back
to work, and elderly ladies of the village bring the
babies back to wet nurses to tend to them.
It’s all down to the programming,
and the programming can be changed.
I have a special re-programming process using
hypnosis to bring you back to your normal expectation
where you, like the other women who have gone through
this experience, can have a totally painless
and beautiful experience of welcoming

Sleeping
Problems
Sleeping Problems include: Insomnia,
Sleep Apnea & Nightmares.
The quality of your life when you suffer from sleeplessness
is one of stress, lack of concentration and the inability
to cope with or deal with the requirements of the
day.
People who can’t sleep live in a state of misery.
INSOMNIA… is the inability
to get to sleep because your mind is racing and you
can’t switch off.
INSOMNIA… can be dealt with effectively by using
Hypnosis to access the part of the mind which is running
the program that keeps one awake. That program can
be changed. It’s a bit like a computer virus.
Once removed or changed natural sleep patterns will
return. This is usually a permanent solution.
Racing minds can also be overloaded to get them to
shut down.
The natural process and sleeping mechanism is restored
and you then sleep peacefully until your allocated
time to get up in the morning, feeling refreshed,
rested and well.
SLEEP APNEA… is the experience
of waking up usually suddenly and then not being able
to get back to sleep. It is poorly understood even
by so called “Sleep Experts.” In its most
acute form a person wakes up suddenly and often in
a state of agitation or confusion.
What really happens is that the person asleep is mouth
breathing and often snoring. This has a hyperventelative
effect. Carbon dioxide levels in the body become critically
low and the “Fight or Flight” mechanism
is triggered sending a massive blast of adrenalin
throughout the body. That will wake you up fast. They
can’t get back to sleep because this is like
having drank six or more cups of strong black coffee.
The solution is to re program the mind and change
the breathing patterns. Success rates are
very high.
NIGHTMARES… are seriously disturbing
dreams and often of a recurring nature that disturb
sleep and often wakes one up in terror.
NIGHTMARES… of a recurring and sleep disturbing
nature are caused by the unconscious mind trying to
tell us something and we are not listening, not understanding
or not responding.
Hypnosis for this like the other sleep problems
is the ideal solution and the mind can be put at rest
and the problem disappears.
SLEEP… is so important to our

Your Friend?
How would you feel about a friend who insists
on going everywhere with you? Not only does
he/she always tag along, but he/she is always
offensive and vulgar and you become uncomfortable
with his/her company. He/she always has a peculiar
stale odor that accompanies you wherever you
go. Other people think you both stink.
He/she controls your life totally.
When he/she says jump, you say “how high”.
Sometimes even in terrible weather
he/she wants you to go out to the store and
pick him up. You would give your partner, spouse
or other friends hell if they did that to you...all
the time, but you just can't argue with this
friend.
Sometimes, when you are out at
a restaurant or a pub he/she says he/she wants
you to go stand outside in the driving rain
and miss the warmth and the company. Since he
calls all the shots in your life, off you go.
This friend doesn't like your
choice of clothing either. Instead of politely
hinting or telling you that you have lousy taste,
he/she stinks up and even burns little holes
in your clothes so you will are forced to throw
them away. Sometimes, he/she tires of your furniture
and also burns it to get rid of it too. Occasionally,
he/she may get really nasty and decides the
whole house must go.
He/she insists that you support
him/her and gets pretty expensive to support.
Not only is his/her special knack of property
destruction costly, but you have to pay to keep
him/her with you. In fact, he/she will cost
you thousands over your lifetime. You can count
on one thing. He/she will never thank you or
pay you one penny in return.
When your other friends are involved
in sports or are playing and having lots of
fun your friend won't let you join in. He/she
doesn't believe in physical activity. In his/her
opinion, you are not fit enough or you are too
old to have that kind of fun. So he/she kind
of sits on your chest and makes it difficult
for you to breathe. You don't want to go and
play with when you can't breathe, do you?
Your friend does not believe in
being healthy. He/she is really repulsed by
the thought of you enjoying a long healthy and
productive life. So every chance he/she gets
he makes you sick.
He/she helps you catch colds,
flu and infections and not just by running out
in the middle of the lousy weather to pick him
up at the store. He/she is much more creative
than that. He/she carries thousands of poisons
with him, which he constantly blows into your
lungs. When you inhale some of them, they wipe
out some of the vital cilia in your lungs, which
would have helped you prevent these diseases.
Colds and flu are just his form
of child's play. He especially likes chronic
diseases that slowly cripple you - like emphysema.
He considers this disease great.
Once he/she hooks you on this,
you will give up all your other friends, family,
career goals, activities - everything. You will
just sit home and caress him/her telling him/her
what a great friend he/she is while you desperately
and painfully gasp for air.
Eventually your friend tires of
you. He/she decides he no longer wishes to have
your company. Instead of letting you go he/she
has been plotting your death since the day you
first met. He/she picked the entire top killers
in society and did everything to ensure you
would get one of them. He/she poisoned and overworked
your heart and lungs and clogged up your arteries
and your brain and every other part of your
body.
He/she constantly exposed you to cancer causing
agents determined to get you sooner or later.
This is the story of your "friend."
Your cigarette. No real friend would do this
to you. Cigarettes are the worst possible enemies
you ever had. They are expensive, habit forming,
socially unacceptable, and deadly.
Consider all this....... and never
smoke again! |
What Happens After You Quit
Smoking
Two Hours After Quitting: Nicotine
begins to leave your system. Some
people may feel withdrawal pangs. This is a good sign.
Your body is
cleaning itself out. Hang in there.
Within two days: all
the nicotine byproducts will be gone. Your blood pressure
readjusts to natural level. Your pulse rate adjusts
to normal level. The body temperature of your hands
and feet increase to normal.
After Eight Hours:
Heart rate and blood pressure decrease (although it
may
take up to a month for them to return to their normal
rates). Your carbon
monoxide level drops to normal. Oxygen level in blood
increases to normal.
After Twelve Hours: The
carbon monoxide is completely out of your
system. Your lungs work more efficiently and you can
do more without
becoming short of breath.
After Two Days: Your
sense of taste and smell sharpen. In addition, your
breath, hair, fingers and teeth will be cleaner.
After One Week: Most
withdrawal symptoms are completely gone. Of course
when you use hypnosis to quit there are no withdrawal
symptoms.
After Two Weeks: After
Two Weeks: Your circulation improves. So does your
confidence
level because you feel good about your progress. Walking
becomes easier.
You begin to think of yourself as a non-smoker.
Over One To Nine Months:
Cilia re-grow in lungs, increasing ability to handle
mucous, clean the lungs, and reduce infection. Your
body's overall health has greatly improved and you

Stress Relieve Through Hypnosis
Fight or Flight?
Our brains are continuously receiving
a myriad of messages to deal with. The external environment
supplies every day input like news, music, jobs, relationships,
weather etc. Our internal environment provides input
concerning movement, digestion, tension, pain, etc.
Under threatening conditions,
mankind still resorts to a primitive survival mechanism
known as the fight or flight response,
a means of dealing with perceived danger, threats
or attacks. When the conscious mind can no longer
handle threatening stimuli, the unconscious prepares
us for fight or flight..... Our hearts pumps harder,
adrenaline races through our systems, blood pressure
rises, super strength can be generated.... We are
ready for a physical confrontation. But sometimes
there is nothing to fight. We can't physically fight
the environment or a job, an accident, a bad decision
and so on. So... now what?
Unable to fight, the reaction turns
to flight, which can be equally impossible and a state
of apathy or depression ensues. Now we begin to exhibit
the effects of stress.
Thankfully, stress is not always
negative, certain kinds of stress that are
very desirable, for instance: the stress of romantic
encounters, job promotions, athletic competitions
and such, but stressors that produce debilitation,
depression, excessive smoking, overeating, anger,
grief and other reactions that cause dysfunction and
unhappiness need to be dealt with and released; and
sometimes therapeutic intervention is required.
Stress is a fact of life. We
can't eliminate all stressful situations. The good
news is that through this treatment we can
alter our perceptions and reactions to stress.
After identifying the stress stimuli
and the physical and/or emotional responses, rapid
change can be achieved through hypnosis.
In the hypnotic state, reframing can create
positive new responses to replace the continuing
devastating reactions to past events. Deeply
held emotions or hurt feeling can be brought
to the surface and released and externally
induced pressures can be relieved.
Armed with new and positive re-programming to old
